Each hand-sewn ""needle"" has three beads to it: a long, cylindrical bead as the base; a round silver bead in the middle, and an ever so tiny purple-blue bead on top. When the suit is resting on the hanger, the beads will lay as beads normally do. However, once the suit is put on, gravity seems to lose its effect and the beads lift up and stick out, like needles.
